Our online booking system displays appointment slots in 20 to 30-minute increments. This reflects the estimated time for a standard exam. However, we often manage multiple patients throughout the day to accommodate everyone’s needs. This may extend your appointment time slightly.

At Orillia Optometry, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to every patient. To ensure we can accommodate all of our patients effectively, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. This policy allows us to respect the time of our doctors, staff, and other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
